Recent Assignment in India

Quantum expert in arbitration relating to disputes arising from suspension and termination of hydro-electric power plant in India. Appointed by lawyers acting for the Contractor as Claimant. Included a written Expert Report commenting upon the evaluation principles and methodology used by the Claimant, plus verification or otherwise of the amounts claimed. Arbitration hearing held in Delhi in October 2018.

Recent Assignment in Georgia

Chairman of 3 person adhoc Dispute Board for disputes in connection with sewage system improvement project in Georgia (2010 MDB Harmonised Edition). Disputes dealt with on 'documents only' basis with decision issued in July 2021.

Recent Assignment in Ethiopia

Appointed as sole member Dispute Review Expert to issue recommendations on various disputes in connection with major new highway project in Ethiopia (1995 FIDIC Orange Book). Assignment ongoing.

Recent Assignment in Moldova

Appointed as Sole Member for full-term 'standing' Dispute Board on road rehabilitation projects in Moldova (2006 FIDIC MDB Harmonised Edition). Assignment ongoing.
